Just want to take a moment to thank you for all your help in planning our trip. Since I lost my husband, I’ve been in a major slump/depression. However, all of a sudden I’m so much looking forward to our cruise. So many details to take care of with two separate travelers. You were always there to answer our endless questions. My sister and I both feel so comfortable knowing you are always a call away.
Hopefully we will have the energy to travel as much as possible moving forward. Anyway, that’s our plan and we look forward to our next adventure. We plan on talking about “what’s next” while we are lounging around the pool with a pina colada!

We had a fun filled time and the cruise was just wonderful! Thank you for all your help organizing and setting it up for us, we for sure will keep you in mind for our next vacation adventure, which my parents now have asked to have it pretty soon ???? we are back home safe and sound, but one thing for sure: next time even the flights we will ask for your help. Airlines have become unfortunately quite unreliable and it’s tough to think of all options during high stress moments or even trying to coordinate all items.

We booked our flights and transfer to the ship on our own. The night before we were to board the ship(in Venice) we found out the ship had changed ports and it was now more of a challenge to get there. We had a moment of panic, called Sue and let her know what was happening. She jumped into action and found a perfect solution for us for the next morning. The transfer went perfectly and we were so relieved. I will hand that over to her to look after on the next cruise for sure! Sue is very responsive and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend! In the Manyara National Park was all about elephants. We saw several, some very close, along with monkeys, baboons, impalas, giraffes, and warthogs. Today in the crater we saw a lot of lions, again some extremely close, along with an astounding assortment and number of wildebeasts, African buffalo, gazelles, zebras, ostriches, warthogs, hippos, more elephants, and even a black rhino and a couple of hyenas. We really couldn't have hoped for more.
Joseph had told us we are almost guaranteed to see leopards on the Serengeti, so we will have already completed the Big Five, plus so, so much more.

Sue booked a hotel for us in the Caymans and even just doing a small job like that, went above and beyond. She gave us a lovely packet that included an outlet converter, a travel checklist, and information on things that I haven't even considered such as a tipping guide in other countries. She is also just a lovely person. I highly recommend Sue for any travel needs - she makes everything SO much easier.

We just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Cabo. The resort was absolutely gorgeous, service was impeccable, restaurants were fantastic, and their beach front was beautiful. We also enjoyed the excursions into San Jose Del Cabo and the half day in Cabo San Lucas.

I am always blown away with how Sue Pierce has everything coordinated from the beginning of the trip to the end!!???? I understand she is a travel agent and that's what she does, but people listen...it feels like Sue is with you every step of the way on your trip. We knew it would be a fun trip but there were so many extra surprises that we didn't expect.
Movies Under the Stars was a nice treat especially since the movies shown are still in theaters! The food was fantastic, the service was spectacular and getting on and off the ship was a breeze. I especially loved the saunas in the spa! Thank you for planning our cruise to Cabo!

My wife and I decided we wanted to go to an all-inclusive resort somewhere tropical for our 10th anniversary. Since it would be our first international trip we decided to work with a travel agent to schedule everything. We couldn't have been happier after working with Sue. She found the perfect resort within our budget and handled all the booking and travel details for us. She was always available to answer any questions we had and even got us upgraded seats for our flights. If you are planning on going on a trip, definitely give Sue a call! I just returned from a trip to Greece and London. At Athens airport going through security i left a small bag with some important papers that included my itinerary that Sue took time putting together. Sue is the travel agent extraordinaire! She knew how anxious we were traveling with little ones and how long it had been since our last excursion anywhere! She is super professional, efficient, very nice, and very supportive. She walked us through every step of the way and was there via phone/email when we had questions while we were in Maui. Sue Pierce went the extra mile for us, both before and during our UK vacation. She knew the cities very well and researched locations carefully; when a hotel posted that it was undergoing renovation, she proactively switched us to a better one so we wouldn't have to deal with the construction. Every hotel she gave us was within easy reach of good food, public transport, and destinations. And, when a back injury and a railway strike was about to make us miss our transfer to the next town, she responded to us quickly with a workaround that got us a hired van AND told us how to get a refund on the train tickets we couldn't use! Thank you for all you did to ensure our family cruise was perfect. The "Getaway", from the Norwegian Cruise Line, was a fairly new ship, (2 years), very clean and well maintained. We all agreed that everybody that we came in contact with was sporting a smile and happy to assist us in anyway possible. The rooms were clean and serviced each day with clean sheets and towels, and of course a "towel animal" each night on our beds! The food was very fresh, bountiful, varied and always good. We especially loved the "open dining" option. This allowed us to eat at anytime, at one of the many restaurant options available to everybody. The entertainment was delightful and seemed to be continual, and perhaps most importantly the entertainment was enjoyable for all ages.
We all agreed as we were departing the cruise after 7 great days, we would certainly cruise again with NCL!
